- 1st consultation is £38 and usually lasts 45minutes but please allow an hour
- Follow-ups are £35 and last 30minutes

FAQs
Do I need a referral?
Patients do not need to be referred by at GP, self referral is the norm.
Will the NHS pay?
No
Will my medical insurance be accepted?
We can accept AXA ppp, HSA, Simply Health, Aviva, Cygna and many more. Please not that at present we cannot accept BUPA for osteopathic treatment.
Are their any contraindications?
Most osteopathic techniques can be adjusted to suit everyone making it suitable for all ages and virtually all musculo-skeletal complaints.
Will I have to strip down to my underwear?
It is common practise to work directly onto the skin but if you are worried about stripping down to your underwear, bring along some exercise gear like a pair of loose fitting shorts and a vest.
How many treatments will I need?
This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on the presenting complaint. Normally between 2 and 6 treatments are required. Many patients decide they would like to have periodic preventative treatments to avoid recurring problems.
